Julie Coleman - President

Julie Coleman leads Oler Relo Group’s revenue generation and retention functions including client services, business development, and marketing. 

In her previous role, she served as Shell’s Regional Global Mobility Contract Manager (Americas) where she was managed the international and domestic programs, supplier contracts and negotiation functions.   Julie was responsible for partnering with Global HR leaders within Shell to ensure the mobility programs and suppliers were meeting the needs of the business.  While at Shell, Julie implemented cost savings and efficiencies within the global contracts team that brought change to Shell’s mobility programs.

Julie has held various leadership positions during her 25+ years in the relocation industry.  She began her career on the Relocation Management Company (RMC) side of the business where she managed global clients as BP, Shell, Waste Management, Fidelity Investments to name a few. 

Julie is part of the Move for Hunger Corporate Action Network, where she enjoys implementing corporate programs to align with corporate responsibility initiatives.  Often, she is asked to speak at global Worldwide ERC conferences as well as local and regional network events where she enjoys sharing her experiences.

Julie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.

Samantha Hoffer - Vice President

Samantha Hoffer is the Vice President at Hoffer Furniture - a Houston based furniture rental & retail company. Since joining Hoffer, Samantha’s role has expanded to oversee marketing, sales, merchandising, and overall growth. As a native Houstonian and fifth generation in the furniture industry, she brings a unique knowledge when helping her client’s new housing set up feel like home or staging a house to sell. Samantha has enjoyed being a member of Houston Relocation Professionals for over 5 years and is also an active member of the Houston Apartment Association where she holds her CAS designation.

Brett Lyons - Treasurer

Brett Lyons is Advisor, Relocation Programs at Chevron, where he manages the US domestic relocation program, oversees supplier relationships, and is tasked with designing and implementing worldwide relocation programs. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in the relocation industry in a variety of positions encompassing both domestic and international mobility. Prior to joining Chevron, Brett spent twelve years a service provider in the relocation industry. He holds the CRP designation from Worldwide ERC, the GPHR designation from HR Certification Institute, and the SHRM-SCP designation from Society for Human Resource Management. Brett has been a speaker at Houston Relocation Professionals, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Portland Relocation Council and Worldwide ERC events.

Chris Furlotte - Secretary

Chris has over 30 years of experience in the mobility industry. Over his career Chris has held various positions in leadership, sales, operations, client relations, group moves and consulting. In addition, he managed a regional client services office with 6 direct reports and 32 indirect reports and oversaw a client portfolio of over $12 mil. He is a recognized industry leader and has spoken at local and national industry conferences on topics ranging from policy development and program design to service level agreement management and family support services. Outside his primary roles, Chris is the former President of the Southern California Relocation Counsel, and in the past has served on the boards of the Bay Area Mobility Management and the Western International Personnel Association. He earned a BS in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island and a Certificate in International Business from University of California, Irvine. Chris also holds Worldwide ERC’s Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.

Clay Poe - Events

Clay Poe is the Director, Business Development with Interconex Global Moving Solutions in Houston, Texas.  Clay began his mobility career on the RMC side of the business and held a variety of positions with three major providers over a fifteen year span.  In 2001, Clay joined Interconex where he is responsible for relationship management as well as new business development for the southern region.  Clay is active in multiple regional relocation groups as well as SHRM and WERC and holds both his CRP and GMS designations. 

Michael Hughes - Events

"My career is shaped by a keen interest in different cultures and languages, enabling me to navigate diverse global landscapes effectively. My experiences overseas, particularly in China as a country manager, have honed my ability to manage and understand cross-cultural dynamics.
I live in Houston, Texas, I lead a global team of sales, marketing and account management at a multinational relocation firm. My role involves a spectrum of responsibilities, from recruitment and sales to customer service excellence and supply chain optimization.

As a startup founder and business owner, I apply my global insights and professional experiences to create innovative solutions, blending my knowledge of international markets with entrepreneurial spirit. I am also a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, I am dedicated to making meaningful changes in the global mobility sector, using my platform to promote inclusivity and diversity"

Faye Hoxworth - Sponsorship

Faye Hoxworth, CRP, GMS has over two decades of experience in the title, real estate and relocation industry.  She serves as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Relocation & Employee Programs at U.S. Bank and her responsibilities include business development, account management as well as managing new initiatives to better serve U.S. Bank and its customers. Faye has been an integral part of the relocation services industry and has in-depth experience in preparing operations teams for additional business and internal growth.  Her experience and involvement in the many different facets of the business and her extensive knowledge of the relocation process has enabled her to better manage every aspect in order to ensure the best customer experience.

Faye received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2005 and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation in 2018.   She has been a member of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Conference Committee (MERC) since 2016 and was named as a Worldwide ERC YP40 Committee Member in 2017. Faye received the Worldwide ERC Meritorious Service Award in 2021. 

Lindsi Oltman - Sponsorship & Golf Tournament

Lindsi began her career with Chase Bank in 2007. For the last 16 years she has held various roles within the Mortgage Industry that has contributed to her vast knowledge and experience today within Corporate Relocation Home Lending. In her current role as a Regional Sales Director, Lindsi is responsible for business development. 

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University as well as her MBA from Franklin University in Ohio, where she currently resides. Lindsi achieved her CRP designation in 2015 and is an active member in multiple relocation regional groups.  

Brian Smith - Education

Brian is VP, National Sales Manager, for the Corporate Relocation and Employee Benefit Lending team at U.S. Bank.  For over 30 years, Brian has served in the Mortgage Industry with nearly all of it dedicated to Corporate Relocation and Employee Benefits.  Brian achieved his CRP in 2004 and remains very active within several relocation regional groups. 

Tyler Burns - Education

Tyler Burns joined Going-there in 2022. He is a central pillar of Going-there’s Client Relations team, building and maintaining relations with corporate clients involved in the relocation and transfer of specialist staff globally.

Going-there is a London-based company with an excellent reputation for delivering distinctive services in 160+ cities globally.

Tyler has nearly a decade’s experience as a mobility and business development professional. He got his start with a Relocation Management Company, building and servicing clients. He previously served as President of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council.

He is a graduate of Kent State University. He has a keen interest in fitness and sports.

Tess Chaney Outreach 

Tess Chaney, a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, has been driving sales and fostering strong relationships as the Relocation Director at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty since 2014. With a focus on corporate relocation and referrals, Tess has successfully elevated the company's business growth.

Recognizing the significance of active participation and visibility, Tess actively engages in workforce mobility networking conferences, where she collaborates with industry-leading experts to benchmark her programs. Her warm and welcoming personality has helped forge robust connections throughout the industry, playing a vital role in promoting the prestigious Sotheby's International Realty brand.

Hailing from a rich Texan heritage as an eighth-generation native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas Christian University, Tess embarked on her real estate career in 2008 as a sales associate. Progressing to a luxury firm, she successfully closed multi-million dollar transactions and obtained her Texas Broker's License in 2010.

In 2011, Tess ventured into the world of relocation and, within a year, was promoted to the esteemed position of Relocation Director. Demonstrating her unwavering commitment to the global workforce mobility industry, Tess earned the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification, solidifying her expertise. Moreover, in 2017, she acquired the esteemed Global Mobility Specialist designation, further honing her skills in managing cross-border assignments and facilitating successful global moves.

Christine Reichenberger - Communication / Website

Guten Tag! Kamusta! Hola! Hello!

Christine is the VP of Account Management for Global LT (Language & Culture Training). She has been in the industry for 9 years, starting her career in Real Estate, before moving into the Corporate Housing space. Christine currently speaks 3 different languages (English, German, Tagalog) and is working on her 4th (Spanish). She has also gone through 2 domestic relocations with her husband’s company, so she understands the excitement and struggles of a trailing spouse. Christine is a Nashville native, and an active member in multiple regional relocation groups, both in the US and in Europe.

Rudy Lechuga - Communication / Social Media

Rudy is the VP, Client Success for Global LT (Language & Culture Training). Rudy has been in the relocation industry for a young 8 years and is always eager to learn more about this industry. He also serves on the board for Young Professionals Task Force for ERC and is actively a member in multiple regional relocation groups. Rudy served 6.5 years in the Marine Corps and is currently serving in the Air Force Reserves.

Brian Strawn - Membership

Brian Strawn, CRP, is a distinguished professional with over sixteen years of invaluable experience in the relocation industry.  As Director – National Account Management at Fidelity Residential Solutions, Inc., he brings a wealth of expertise, ensuring top-notch service, and strategic solutions for national clients.  Brian’s commitment to excellence, dedication to client satisfaction, and his extensive background make him a trusted leader in the title and relocation industry.   Brian was born in Dallas, TX, and raised in the Texas Hill Country near Austin. In 2003, he received his BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Howard Payne University, Brownwood, TX.  Brian was relocated to Houston, TX as a relocation transferee in May 2006.  Brian earned his Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC in May 2015 after which he quickly became a long-standing member of Houston Relocation Professionals in 2016.

Mark Rabe - Membership

Mark Rabe, SCRP, SGMS has over three decades of experience in the real estate and relocation industry.  He serves as Vice President, Global Business Solutions at CapRelo. Mark has held various positions throughout his career in leadership, sales, operations, client relations, group moves, and mobility software consulting.

His current responsibilities include working with clients to develop the proper solutions to meet their unique business needs by leveraging his years of experience within the industry to assist clients with program strategy and design, policy development and ongoing support to ensure a positive client and employee experience.

Mark has been a member of Worldwide ERC since 1994 and has participated as a speaker in past ERC conferences and as a member of the ERC Editorial Advisory Committee where he has earned multiple ERC Meritorious Service Awards and a 2010 Distinguished Service Award for his contributions. He is also a past board member of the Houston Relocation Professionals and Dallas Relocation Professionals now know as North Texas Relocation Professionals. Currently Mark is a member of the Houston Relocation Professionals, Austin Relocation Council, San Antonio Regional Relocation Council, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Metro Atlanta Relocation Council, Southeast Regional Relocation Council and Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council.
