Faye Hoxworth - President
Faye Hoxworth, CRP, GMS has over two decades of experience in the title, real estate and relocation industry. She serves as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, relocation Services at Spruce and her responsibilities include business development, account management as well as managing new initiatives to better serve Spruce and its customers. Faye has been an integral part of the relocation services industry and has in-depth experience in preparing operations teams for additional business and internal growth. Her experience and involvement in the many different facets of the business and her extensive knowledge of the relocation process has enabled her to better manage every aspect in order to ensure the best customer experience.
Faye received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2005 and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation in 2018. She has been a member of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Conference Committee (MERC) since 2016 and was named as a Worldwide ERC YP40 Committee Member in 2017. Faye received the Worldwide ERC Meritorious Service Award in 2021.
Julie Coleman - Vice President
Julie Coleman leads Oler Relo Group’s revenue generation and retention functions including client services, business development, and marketing.
In her previous role, she served as Shell’s Regional Global Mobility Contract Manager (Americas) where she was managed the international and domestic programs, supplier contracts and negotiation functions. Julie was responsible for partnering with Global HR leaders within Shell to ensure the mobility programs and suppliers were meeting the needs of the business. While at Shell, Julie implemented cost savings and efficiencies within the global contracts team that brought change to Shell’s mobility programs.
Julie has held various leadership positions during her 25+ years in the relocation industry. She began her career on the Relocation Management Company (RMC) side of the business where she managed global clients as BP, Shell, Waste Management, Fidelity Investments to name a few.
Julie is part of the Move for Hunger Corporate Action Network, where she enjoys implementing corporate programs to align with corporate responsibility initiatives. Often, she is asked to speak at global Worldwide ERC conferences as well as local and regional network events where she enjoys sharing her experiences.
Julie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
Brett Lyons - Treasurer
Brett Lyons is Advisor, Relocation Programs at Chevron, where he manages the US domestic relocation program, oversees supplier relationships, and is tasked with designing and implementing worldwide relocation programs. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in the relocation industry in a variety of positions encompassing both domestic and international mobility. Prior to joining Chevron, Brett spent twelve years a service provider in the relocation industry. He holds the CRP designation from Worldwide ERC, the GPHR designation from HR Certification Institute, and the SHRM-SCP designation from Society for Human Resource Management. Brett has been a speaker at Houston Relocation Professionals and Worldwide ERC events.
Vibeke ("V") Hahn - Secretary
Vibeke (“V”) has worked in the mobility industry for over 25 years. She currently serves as Vice President, Implementation Services at Graebel and is responsible for leading the onboarding of new clients to Graebel.
V has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural and Social Studies as well as a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Oslo. She has also earned the CRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC®. She has two teenage sons and lives in the Katy area. In her spare time Vibeke enjoys being outdoors, biking, reading and spending time cheering for her boys at high school sports events.
Clay Poe - Events
Clay Poe is the Director, Business Development with Interconex Global Moving Solutions in Houston, Texas. Clay began his mobility career on the RMC side of the business and held a variety of positions with three major providers over a fifteen year span. In 2001, Clay joined Interconex where he is responsible for relationship management as well as new business development for the southern region. Clay is active in multiple regional relocation groups as well as SHRM and WERC and holds both his CRP and GMS designations.

Brian Smith - Sponsorship & Golf Tournament
Brian is VP, National Sales Manager, for the Corporate Relocation and Employee Benefit Lending team at U.S. Bank. For over 30 years, Brian has served in the Mortgage Industry with nearly all of it dedicated to Corporate Relocation and Employee Benefits. Brian achieved his CRP in 2004 and remains very active within several relocation regional groups.
Lindsi Oltman - Sponsorship & Golf Tournament
Lindsi began her career with Chase Bank in 2007. For the last 15 years she has held various roles within the Mortgage Industry that has contributed to her vast knowledge and experience today within Corporate Relocation Home Lending. In her current role as a Client Account Relationship and Sales Manager, Lindsi is responsible for managing the overall relationship with existing clients, overseeing internal day-to-day operations of the transferee new home purchase and new business development.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University as well as her MBA from Franklin University in Ohio, where she currently resides. Lindsi achieved her CRP designation in 2015 and is an active member in multiple relocation regional groups.
Chris Furlotte - Education
Chris has over 30 years of experience in the mobility industry. Over his career Chris has held various positions in leadership, sales, operations, client relations, group moves and consulting. In addition, he managed a regional client services office with 6 direct reports and 32 indirect reports and oversaw a client portfolio of over $12 mil. He is a recognized industry leader and has spoken at local and national industry conferences on topics ranging from policy development and program design to service level agreement management and family support services. Outside his primary roles, Chris is the former President of the Southern California Relocation Counsel, and in the past has served on the boards of the Bay Area Mobility Management and the Western International Personnel Association. He earned a BS in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island and a Certificate in International Business from University of California, Irvine. Chris also holds Worldwide ERC’s Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.
Sharrell Kilgore - Education
Sharrell Kilgore has two decades of real estate, mortgage and relocation experience, which she uses to deepen client relationships at all levels of an organization. She joined Premia Relocation Mortgage in 2019 and serves the Texas market. Sharrell is responsible for business development and driving client satisfaction. Sharrell is a familiar face in the relocation industry and has relationships across the U.S. with organizations both large and small. Sharrell spent 11 years at Cartus and PHH Home Loans.
Sharrell received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2012 and has been an active member of Worldwide ERC since 2011. She has been a member, and board/committee member of North Texas Relocation Professionals, Rocky Mountain Relocation Council, Texas Relocation Network, and Houston Relocation Professionals for 8+ years.
Outreach & Scholarship / Communications
Miranda was born and raised in Houston, Texas and received her degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She earned her CRP designation in 2015 and has been a member of Houston Relocation Professionals since 2016.
Paul Seymour - Communication / Website
Paul brings more than 20+ years of experience in relocation. His experience and leadership have touched upon every aspect of relocation from the RMC point-of-view. His roles have included: domestic and international operations, expense, payroll, finance and global compensation, technology and development, reporting, analytics, and data protection. In his role as Sr. Director, Business Partnerships, he will leverage his expertise in all these areas to work with new, existing, and prospective clients to support Cornerstone’s strategic initiatives, grow the business and brand, and provide solutions for everyone at Cornerstone. Paul has a B.S. in Experimental Psychology from Northern Michigan University, a MBA in corporate finance, and is ABD (all but dissertation) for a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University. He also holds a CRP and GMS designation from Worldwide ERC®.
Rudy Lechuga - Communication / Social Media
Rudy is the Director of Business Development for Executive Language Training (elt). Rudy has been in the relocation industry for a young 7 years and is always eager to learn more about this industry. He also serves on the board for Young Professionals Task Force for ERC and is actively a member in multiple regional relocation groups. Rudy served 6.5 years in the Marine Corps and is currently serving in the Air Force Reserves.
Tess Chaney - Membership
As relocation director, Tess is responsible for the growth and development of sales by establishing corporate business partnerships and connecting referral clients within Sotheby’s International Realty global network. Tess is an innovative mobility industry strategic thinker with a competitive business mindset for lead generation. Her commitment is to provide top-quality referral service to their partners, clients, and associates when buying or selling real estate.
Tess was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is a past board member of the Relocation Director’s Council and actively contributes as a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Professional accreditations include Broker Associate, Certified Relocation Professional, and Global Mobility Specialist, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.
Mark Rabe - Membership
Mark Rabe, SCRP, SGMS has over three decades of experience in the real estate and relocation industry. He serves as Vice President, Global Business Solutions at CapRelo. Mark has held various positions throughout his career in leadership, sales, operations, client relations, group moves, and mobility software consulting.
His current responsibilities include working with clients to develop the proper solutions to meet their unique business needs by leveraging his years of experience within the industry to assist clients with program strategy and design, policy development and ongoing support to ensure a positive client and employee experience.
Mark has been a member of Worldwide ERC since 1994 and has participated as a speaker in past ERC conferences and as a member of the ERC Editorial Advisory Committee where he has earned multiple ERC Meritorious Service Awards and a 2010 Distinguished Service Award for his contributions. He is also a past board member of the Houston Relocation Professionals and Dallas Relocation Professionals now know as North Texas Relocation Professionals. Currently Mark is a member of the Houston Relocation Professionals, Austin Relocation Council, San Antonio Regional Relocation Council, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Metro Atlanta Relocation Council, Southeast Regional Relocation Council and Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council.
